Amidst the tension, the phone conversation between Modi-Netanyahu

Sayed Hassan Nasrallah, head of the Lebanese armed group Hezbollah, was the driving force behind the 32-year-long resistance against Israel. He was killed by an Israeli missile attack on a bunker in Beirut, Lebanon, on Friday night.

His body was recovered from the site of an Israeli airstrike in a southern suburb of Beirut. On Sunday, the news agency Reuters reported this information about medical and security sources.

After his death, the X-Post message from the Israeli military said, “Hassan Nasrallah will no longer be able to terrorize the world.” Meanwhile, the scars of war had long been felt in West Asia from the Gaza-war and the previous attacks by Hamas on Israel. In this situation, Prime Minister Modi called Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and gave a big message. Modi’s message amid war situation, ‘India is committed to support efforts for speedy restoration of peace and stability.’

India’s Prime Minister Narendra Modi said in a recent X post, “Talked about recent events in West Asia with Prime Minister (Israel) Netanyahu.” There is no place for terrorism in the world. He said that it is important not to let the heat of the regional conflict increase. Modi also writes, “The release of prisoners is essential. India is committed to support efforts for the speedy restoration of peace and stability.”

In West Asia, Israel’s conflict with Lebanon’s Hezbollah has escalated over the past few weeks. Israel has carried out many attacks targeting Iran-backed Hezbollah. Basically, Israel is in conflict with the ‘Axis Resistance’ group in Lebanon. Netanyahu’s country is constantly fighting against this network. The ‘Axis Resistance’ includes several militant organizations supported by Iran. Many of these organizations are also located in Yemen, Iraq, Syria. In addition to the death of Hezbollah chief Nasrullah, more than a hundred people died in the recent Israeli airstrike in Lebanon. Many people have left their homes.

It is reported that Nasrullah was in a bunker on the day of the incident. The Israeli army got the news through a spy. After that, Israeli missiles continued to hit this part of South Beirut. It should be noted that this Hezbollah group has a very strong control in South Beirut, Lebanon. Israel attacked that Hezbollah camp. Lebanon’s Ministry of Health said Sunday’s airstrike killed 105 people in the country.
