Iranian President Ibrahim Raisi is going to visit Pakistan on April 22. Islamabad and Tehran have agreed on President Raisi’s visit. News from Jio News

President Raisi will be accompanied by a high-level delegation. He will meet Pakistan Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif, President Asif Ali Zardari and military leaders.

He is going to visit Tehran after more than three hundred drones and missiles were launched in retaliation for the recent Israeli airstrike on the Iranian consulate in Damascus, including the senior commanders of Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) Mohammad Reza Zahedi and Mohammad Hadi Haji Rahimi.

It is said that he is going to visit as a part of increasing cooperation between the two countries. Citing sources, Geo News reported that President Rice’s agenda includes bilateral relations, security cooperation, gas pipelines and a possible free trade agreement (FTA).
