According to the organization, 60 percent of the world’s total population was exposed to extreme heat. This abnormal temperature was observed at least 3 more times from June 16 to June 24 due to climate change.
According to the analysis of climate change climate change has caused unbearable heat. More than 5 billion people in the world have been affected by this summer in June. Of which 619 million in India, 579 million in China, 23 million in Indonesia, 20 million in Nigeria, 17 million in Brazil, 17 million in Bangladesh, 16 million in the United States, 15 million in Europe 2.2 million people, 12.3 million people in Mexico, 12.1 million people in Ethiopia and 10.3 million people in Egypt have to go through unbearable heat.
Andrew Persing, chief program officer at Climate Central, said the world has become more vulnerable to burning coal, oil and natural gas over the past 100 years.
He also said, “The heat wave seen in the summer of this year is an unnatural disaster. It will become a normal thing until we stop carbon pollution.’
