Allegations of poisoning Bushra’s body: Who does Imran Khan suspect?

Pakistan’s former Prime Minister Imran Khan said that his wife Bushra Bibi, who was in prison, was poisoned.

He made this allegation during the hearing of the court sitting in Adiala Jail on Tuesday (April 2).

Addressing the judge, the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) founder said that Bushra Bibi’s body was poisoned in the sub-jail. There are clear signs of poisoning on his skin and tongue. I know who is behind it.

Meanwhile, Imran Khan demanded the court to order an investigation into the poisoning of his imprisoned wife. At the same time, Bushra wants the necessary health examination opportunity. The court did not issue any order following the PTI leader’s complaint. But asked to submit a written application for his wife’s health examination.

Earlier, Bushra Bibi had made the same complaint to reporters while appearing in court. He said that the food and water provided by the prison authorities during Shabbat Meraz was very bitter. His food was then mixed with ‘three drops of toilet cleaner’.

Imran Khan is currently lodged in Rawalpindi’s Adiala Jail. On the other hand, Bushra Bibi is now imprisoned in Imran Khan’s Bani Gala house in the capital Islamabad. The administration of Pakistan has declared that house as a sub-jail.

Bushra got married to Imran Khan in 2018. The wedding arrangements were very simple, homely. Rumor has it that Bushra, a mother of five, first met Imran at a Sufi dargah built in the thirteenth century. At that time Bush was married to her first husband.

Bushra is now in her 40s. He always covers himself with niqab.
