Congress wants to divide nation into pieces: Modi

India’s Lok Sabha elections are ahead. Elections are scheduled to be held from April 19 to June 1. Ahead of the upcoming election, the candidates have entered the field for party campaign.

The Indian Congress Party published a manifesto on Thursday. Prime Minister Narendra Modi criticized the manifesto of the opposition party. According to him, the Congress has tried to divide the nation on every page of the manifesto. He made this comment while addressing an election rally in Rajasthan on Saturday. India Today.

Narendra Modi has claimed the Congress manifesto as a ‘bunch of lies’. He further said, “The Congress manifesto reflects the same thinking, which was in the Muslim League at the time of independence.” He alleged that the Congress wants to impose the idea of the Muslim League on India. Then targeting the opposition, Modi further said, ‘The Left has taken over what was left of this manifesto bearing the stamp of the Muslim League. Today, the Congress has nothing to call its own.

Prime Minister Modi has also increased his attack on the Congress on the issue of corruption. He said, the party (Congress) is trying to save the corrupt. In this regard, Modi said, “Where there is Congress, there can be no development.” Congress never thought about the poor, marginalized and youth… these people consider it their birthright to loot people’s money. In the last 10 years, Modi has provided a permanent cure for this disease. Congress has made several promises in the manifesto mainly in view of the upcoming Lok Sabha elections.

The Manifesto mainly emphasizes five principles. Justice for women, justice for youth, justice for farmers, justice for workers and social justice. After this, Narendra Modi campaigned for the BJP in Dhupaguri Lok Sabha seat of Jalpaiguri district of the state on Sunday. He also made several comments addressing the Congress.

He said, it was this Congress government that gave the country a harmful clause like Article 370. Today when a strong government like BJP has been established in the country, Article 370 has been revoked, then the pain of Congress has started. Started screaming, crying. Although Article 370 in Jammu and Kashmir and the amended Citizenship Act (CAA) have been widely discussed across India, there is no mention of it in the Congress manifesto. The Congress claims that the case is going on in the Supreme Court regarding the Citizenship Act (CAA).

If the Supreme Court upholds the law, the party will be uncomfortable if the manifesto promises to withdraw it. Meanwhile, the Congress has avoided the issue of Article 370, even though it has promised to restore statehood to Jammu and Kashmir if it comes to power.
