Showing the picture, Rahul said, ‘Budget halwa distribution is going on. However, there are no OBC, Dalit, tribal officials in this film. He said, “Halwa is being distributed in the country, but 73 percent of the people in the country are not in it!”
Rahul kept saying, ‘Sir, you are eating halwa, but the rest of the country is not getting halwa.’ Hearing this, Nirmala Sitharaman kept smiling with her hands on her face.
Meanwhile, the Congress leader continued to say, ’20 officers prepared the budget together. We have found out.. Means the halwa of Hindustan… 20 people have worked to distribute it… Out of 90 percent of them, only 2 out of 2 (backward classes) are minorities and OBCs. And there is no one in this picture!
