"I will not spare anyone when I get out of jail", Imran warned

Former prime minister and PTI leader Imran Khan has warned of strict action against the chairman and officials of Pakistan’s National Accountability Bureau (NAB) if he is released from jail.

Imran Khan gave this warning during the court proceedings held in Rawalpindi’s Adiala Jail recently in a new case related to Toshakhana.

This information was given in a report of Express Tribune on Friday.

According to the report, Imran Khan said to NAB investigation officer Mohsin Haroon, “My wife is now in jail because of your case.” Once released, I will take legal action against these cases and will not leave you.

This statement of Imran Khan has created a stir in the political arena of the country.

The former prime minister referred to NAB’s activities as politically motivated and said that the cases against him are definitely baseless.

Imran Khan complained that his family members are being harassed and attempts are being made to weaken him politically.

Imran Khan also questioned NAB’s impartiality by bringing up the cases filed in the name of his wife Bushra Bibi. He warned, “Once out of jail, I will definitely bring the NAB chairman and officials under the law”.

After his statement, the tension in Pakistan’s political circles increased and a new debate started in the country about the activities of NAB.

On the other hand, Imran Khan’s warning has created more enthusiasm among his supporters. Many of whom see him as a ‘victim of political conspiracy’.
