India-controlled Kashmir is burning in a fierce fire. Several hectares of the region were burnt to ashes, according to local media.
On Sunday (June 2), a terrible fire broke out in the forest area of Rajouri in Indian-controlled Kashmir. Acre after acre of land and trees are being burnt to ashes.
In the midst of intense fires across India, this fire has become a death blow for the residents. The fire service personnel are trying hard to put out the fire, along with the locals.
Crews are trying to put out the fire by estimating the exact location and movement of the fire using drones in mountainous areas.
Forest fires generally increase in India as temperatures rise from mid-March to June.
Earlier last week, a raging fire in Uttarakhand’s Nainital district burnt the hill forests to ashes.
