Delhi’s Rouse Avenue court granted his bail on Thursday (June 20). However, the ED applied to postpone Kejriwal’s bail for 48 hours; Which was not accepted. Judge Nyaya Bindu granted Kejriwal bail that day.

The next Friday morning, the Central Investigation Agency filed a case in the High Court challenging the order. Delhi High Court suspended Kejriwal’s bail in response to ED’s plea.
