India also celebrated Eid-ul-Fitr on Thursday. West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee attended the Eid congregation at Kolkata’s Red Road. There he said that Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s government is trying to create division in the country.

Aiming at the Centre, Mamata said, ‘They want to arrest everyone through the agency. I am not afraid of agencies. Let Modi Govt create separate jails for ED-CBI and Income Tax. Otherwise there will be no place in the jail.

Mamata Banerjee said, ‘We do not accept CAA-NRC. We do not need to provide proof of citizenship. First he must prove his citizenship. He won the votes of those whose citizenship is being questioned by the Modi government. They made him the Prime Minister by voting.

Mamata Banerjee said that she will not allow CAA-NRC in the state in any way. He also warned that he would not accept it.

The Chief Minister of West Bengal also said that if we are united, no one can separate us. So everyone should keep cool on the day of Ram Navami. Do not give in to any incitement or provocation.

On this day, Mamata Banerjee also spoke about the India Alliance from the stage of Red Road. He said, ‘We will understand what the India alliance will do to Delhi. But BJP should not get a single vote in Bengal.

He targeted the BJP and said, “Selectively calling Muslim leaders and saying what do you want?” BJP is plotting the politics of division. But we have to be united.
