Modi gave the details of his property in the election affidavit

Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi has stated in his election affidavit that he has no house or car. And he has only 52 thousand rupees as cash. He also said that he does not own any land.

The Indian Prime Minister filed his nomination papers for the Lok Sabha elections in Uttar Pradesh’s Varanasi on Tuesday (May 14). He said this information.

However, despite having no house and car, he has assets of 3.2 crore rupees. Most of which (Rs. 2.86 crore) is in fixed deposit with State Bank of India. Besides, he said that there are 80 thousand 304 rupees in two bank accounts in Gandhinagar and Varanasi.

Besides, Modi has an investment of 9.12 lakh rupees in National Savings Certificate. Modi also said that he has four gold rings. The price of which is 2.68 lakh rupees.

Modi also stated in his affidavit that his income in 2018-19 was Rs 11.14 lakh. From there it increased to 23.56 lakh rupees in 2022-23.

On the other hand, in his educational qualifications, Modi mentioned that he obtained Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree from Delhi University in 1978 and Masters of Arts (MA) degree from Gujarat University in 1978. He also said that there is no criminal case against him.
