The National Election Commission of the country will officially announce the final results of the elections on June 4.

According to the Indian constitution, a party or coalition must win at least 272 of the 543 Lok Sabha seats to form a government.

This year’s Lok Sabha elections saw intense competition between two major alliances. One is the National Democratic Alliance (NDA) led by the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP), the country’s ruling political party, and the other is the Congress-led India Alliance.

A total of six booths return survey says NDA will get 367 seats, India Alliance will get 143 seats. BJP’s score will be 327 and Congress will get 52 seats.

Jan Ki Baat’s booth return polls suggest that the NDA will get a maximum of 362-392 seats. And the opposition alliance will get 141-161 seats.

It is followed by India News-D Dynamics. They say NDA will get 371 seats and India Alliance will get 125 seats.

The lowest score for the NDA is 281-350 and the correspondingly higher score for the Indian bloc is 145-201.
