Now Kejriwal is going to the Supreme Court

Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal has approached the Supreme Court challenging the order of the High Court.

Enforcement Directorate-ED arrested Kejriwal on March 21 in the excise corruption case. Kejriwal filed an appeal in the Delhi High Court challenging the arrest.

Justice Swarkant Sharma while giving the judgment in that case said, “The observation of the court, the arrest of Arvind Kejriwal is not against the law. His detention cannot be called illegal.

Aam Aadmi Party leader and minister Sourav Bharadwaj said, “We respect the judgment of the Delhi High Court. But not about CM Kejriwal’s decision. We will go to Supreme Court. We believe that the way Sanjay Singh was released, the Chief Minister will also be released.

He referred to the excise corruption as the ‘biggest political conspiracy’.
