Sikh leader Nijjar killed on Amit Shah's orders: Report

Canadian government officials have claimed that pro-Khalistan leader Hardeep Singh Nijjar was killed on the orders of India’s Home Minister Amit Shah and an official of the country’s controversial intelligence agency Research and Analysis Wing (RA).
Such information has emerged in a report of the influential American media The Washington Post. Meanwhile, the matter has already been informed by Canada to India’s National Security Advisor Ajit Doval, it is mentioned in the report.

The Washington Post reports that Hardeep Singh Nijjar was killed on the orders of India’s Home Minister Amit Shah and a senior officer of the intelligence agency “RA”. Indian officials have also worked to collect intelligence on this matter. Canadian authorities have conversations with the Indian government and senior officials of the country’s diplomats.

The United States, an ally of India and Canada, has clarified its position on the ongoing crisis between the two countries. Not New Delhi, but Washington has taken a stand for Ottawa on the Nijra issue. The spokesperson of the US State Department urged India to take Canada’s complaint seriously.

Meanwhile, Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau said last Wednesday (October 16) that India has made a terrible mistake by attacking Canada’s sovereignty. However, Trudeau also said that he does not want to get involved in any conflict with New Delhi. He said that the allegations against India are being discussed in public for the protection of the people of Canada.
