A sweet little member has arrived in the family of Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi. A picture of Modi hugging and kissing him has gone viral recently. Everyone has seen that pet calf, and got curious, it happens! Bonsai cow? There is speculation.

According to Indian media, the new member is Divya Khoshmejaj at the Prime Minister’s Kalyan Marg residence. Modi posted the picture on the X handle and said that the pet’s name is Deepjyoti. She is impossibly sweet, Modi himself admitted.

How did you bring this new member? He said that too. Modi writes, A (gomata) cow gave birth to a calf near the residence. He adopted that calf. Spending different moments. All those pictures are going viral.

He also writes, our scriptures say – ‘Gav Sarbsukh Alam’. A new member brings auspicious signals to the Prime Minister’s residence premises on Lok Kalyan Marg. Dipjyoti named the calf after seeing the light on its forehead.

But it is not a cow! This rare species of ‘Punganur Cow’ (Punganur Cow) is much smaller than normal cows. It is named after Punganur town in Chittoor district of Andhra Pradesh. Punganur cows are white and light brown in color. Their foreheads are very broad and their horns are short. The average height of Punganur cows is between two and a half feet to three feet, the maximum weight of these cows is 105 to 200 kg.

News18 reported that this cow gives up to 3 liters of milk daily. Its milk also has many medicinal properties. So there is a mention of this cow in Puranas as well. The special thing about Punganur cow’s milk is that it contains up to 8 percent fat. Whereas other cow’s milk contains only 3 to 5 percent fat. Apart from this, punganoo cow urine has anti-bacterial properties. Farmers in Andhra Pradesh use it to spray crops. To protect crops from insects.

According to the news, the prime minister is taking the calf to his residence, brought it to Thakurghar and garlanded it. A series of pictures posted by him captured the emotional moment with the calf in Bagan too. The video has gone viral.

Reacting to the video, TDP leader and Andhra Pradesh Minister Nara Lokesh wrote, It is a heart-touching video. I am even more happy because Deepjyoti belongs to Punganur cattle family, which hails from my home district of Chittore in Andhra Pradesh.
