Imprisoned Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) founder Imran Khan has said that Zardari and Nawaz Sharif have escaped twice and will escape again this time. Everyone knows their money is overseas.
He said these things while talking to reporters in Adiala Jail on Thursday.
Imran Khan said, during our government, National Accountability Bureau (NAB) collected 480 billion and was ready to collect 1100 billion. They were given NRO-2, and now NAB is left only to take revenge.
Regarding the rally in Lahore, he further said that the constitution has given us the right to rally. I call upon the nation to come out for their future in Lahore on September 21. The Supreme Court is the last institution on which people have hope. If the Supreme Court is also destroyed, then Pakistan will become a leftist republic.
The former prime minister of Pakistan said that there should have been a full discussion on the proposed amendments to the constitution and the purpose of the amendment in the dark of night is now clear. To destroy the Supreme Court is to destroy democracy, and when democracy is destroyed, freedom is destroyed. When freedom is destroyed, people become slaves.
He pointed out that no one would invest in the future of Pakistan, except expatriate Pakistanis.
Meanwhile, the special court in Islamabad is scheduled to hear the £190 million case against Imran Khan and his wife Bushra Bibi today.
