Shahbaz Sharif issued a stern warning to India at the United Nations

Pakistan Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif issued a stern warning to India stating that New Delhi is threatening to occupy Azad Kashmir by crossing the Line of Control. He said, “I want to make it clear that Pakistan will take the strictest action against any Indian aggression.”

He gave the warning in an address to the 79th session of the United Nations General Assembly on Friday (September 27). Dawn’s news.

At the same time, the Prime Minister of Pakistan urged Israel and India to refrain from targeting innocent Palestinians and Kashmiris.

The Prime Minister of Pakistan delivered a 21-minute speech in front of the 193-member General Assembly. He discussed a wide range of regional and international issues. However, the most important issue in his speech was the disputed Kashmir issue between Gaza, India and Pakistan.

Shahbaz Sharif said that instead of moving towards peace, India has withdrawn from its commitment to ensure the right of self-determination of Kashmiris as per the UN Security Council resolution on Indian Occupied Jammu and Kashmir.

However, the Pakistani prime minister gave more emphasis on international concerns rather than focusing on domestic political issues in his speech.

To draw the world’s attention to the horrors of the Gaza war, he said, “It is not just a conflict, it is a planned killing of innocent people.”

Shahbaz Sharif warned, “The blood of Gaza’s children is not only staining the hands of the occupiers, but those who are prolonging this brutal conflict cannot escape responsibility.”
