20 killed in gunmen's attack in Pakistan

At least 20 workers were killed when gunmen attacked a private coal mine in southwestern Pakistan. Seven more people were injured in this incident.

On Friday (October 11), the news agency AP reported this information about the police.

Humayun Khan, a city police official, said that a group of armed men attacked the mines of Junaid Coal Company in Duki area early in the morning with heavy weapons. They also fired rockets and grenades at mines.

The police officer also said that Junaid surrounded the houses of people living near the mines of the coal company and then started firing indiscriminately. Most of the people are from Pashtun-speaking areas of Balochistan.

Meanwhile, a doctor of Duki Zohar Khan Shadizai said, we have so far found 20 dead bodies and six injured people in the district hospital.

Incidentally, last Monday (October 7), a group called Baloch Liberation Army attacked Chinese citizens outside Pakistan’s largest airport. At least two people lost their lives.
