False propaganda against Vishwa Hindu Parishad claimed by VHP Bangladesh

Dhaka: In a statement from Vishwa Hindu Parishad Bangladesh, it is said that some people have published on various social media, activities of Vishwa Hindu Parishad are stopped, the committee is canceled, it cannot work in Bangladesh, it is completely rumor and baseless.

In this regard, General Secretary of the organization Mr. Kapil Krishna Mandal said, Vishwa Hindu Parishad (VHP) Bangladesh is an independent organization. This organization is not a branch organization of any organization or any international organization.

Vishwa Hindu Parishad Bangladesh is an organization registered by the Government of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh. The Executive Committee of Vishwa Hindu Parishad Bangladesh is constituted and authorized by the Registration Act of the Government of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh as per the constitutional rules. No foreign person or organization has the power to cancel or stop the activities of this organization.

He added that we think this is a heinous conspiracy. Of course we will deal with this conspiracy. We have already come to know that 2 persons from Chittagong and Srimangal are involved in this propaganda and heinous plot.

They have tried to form a trustee in the name of the institution to tarnish the reputation and quality of our institution. We have received some of these documents. Of course we will take legal action in this regard. We are preparing for this.

When asked about a letter signed by Swami Vigyananda from Delhi, he said, “We have had a long-standing friendship and religious relationship with Vishwa Hindu Parishad India.” Over the years we have attended various functions at their invitation.

We have also invited their religious exponents on various occasions. 27 Feb 2023 We severed our relationship with Swami Vigyanananda Ji, the person in charge of their organisation, due to some organizational and policy differences.

It is against the rules and principles of our organization that any person from a foreign organization should have the mentality of exercising dominance/authority over Vishwa Hindu Parishad Bangladesh.

This institution is not involved in any kind of financial transaction with any domestic or foreign organization, any donor organization.

It is our firm belief that the Vishwa Hindu Parishad Bangladesh institution will be able to carry out various social service activities keeping its reputation and dignity intact.
